Pricing & Billing
What counts as a render?
Each page load counts as one render. This includes JavaScript execution, residential proxy usage, and CAPTCHA solving if needed. If you load the same page 10 times, that's 10 renders.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price per render includes everything — real Chrome browser rendering, residential proxies, and CAPTCHA solving. What you see is what you pay.
How does billing work?
Browser7 uses a prepaid balance model. You purchase a bundle of renders upfront and draws down as you use them. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no automatic charges.
Do unused renders expire?
No — your prepaid balance never expires. Renders you don't use today will still be there whenever you need them. See our Terms of Service for details on dormant accounts.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Your requests will stop until you top up. Simply purchase another bundle from the dashboard and you're back up immediately. We'll notify you when your balance is running low.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes — every new account gets $1.00 of free credit (100 renders) with no credit card required. This is enough to test against the real sites you're targeting before committing to a bundle.
Technical
Which browsers do you support?
We use real Chrome browsers with full JavaScript support. This handles the vast majority of modern websites correctly, including SPAs and heavily dynamic pages.
Do you manage browser sessions?
Yes, automatically. Browser7 maintains a pool of browser sessions for each account behind the scenes. You don't need to create, manage, or pass session identifiers — just send a URL and we handle the rest.
What geo-targeting locations are available?
We offer residential proxies across major cities in Europe and North America, strategically selected to minimise latency to our rendering infrastructure. Geo-targeting is optional — if you don't specify a location we'll pick the best one automatically. See the documentation for the full list of available cities.
Do you support screenshots?
Yes. You can request a screenshot alongside the rendered HTML on any render. We support both above-the-fold and full-page screenshots, in JPEG or PNG format, with configurable quality levels.
What rate limits apply?
You can make multiple concurrent requests. If you need higher concurrency for large-scale use cases, contact us and we can accommodate you.

How do I get support?
Email us at support@browser7.com. We typically respond within a few hours during business hours.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, invoices are automatically generated and sent to your email after each payment. You can also download them from the dashboard.
Data & Privacy
Do you store the data I scrape?
Render responses are held in temporary storage for up to one hour for operational purposes, then permanently deleted. If you need longer access for debugging, you can enable Debug Mode in your dashboard — this retains render responses for up to 7 days and makes them accessible for inspection.
Is my data secure?
Yes, all data is transmitted over HTTPS and we use industry-standard security practices. We never share your data with third parties.
Where are your servers located?
Our rendering infrastructure is currently based in Europe and North America. Additional regions are planned — if low latency to a specific region is important for your use case, contact us.
